Barry has over 30 years sales experience in both FMCG and retail, having proven success in roles ranging from Sales Representative to General Manager as well National Account Management and Field Sales Management roles with Diageo.

Barry has achieved success through obtaining clear insights and building sales process and sales skill improvement plans. 

Barry has facilitated over 700 days of training in the past 15 years, with a passion for coaching and people development his clients tend to stay with him for many years. Engaging, motivating and skilled facilitator with the ability to make the learning experience fun and enjoyable.

Bob's sales management and business understanding was gained from 14 years in the IT industry, working in large and small business. Bob's success comes from clear insight, strategic thinking, cut to the point decision making and excellent people skills.

People always feel invigorated when they work with Bob. He is comfortable with executives and operational staff on tactical and strategic business improvement and cultural development assignments. As part of his offering, Bob provides strategic analysis and design, coaching and implementation support.

Eddie has over 30 years experience in FMCG industry at all levels from merchandiser to Sales Director. 

He has proven international success with Diageo as GM Guiness UK, Sales Director United Distillers UK, Australia and Vice President United Distillers USA.

As a member of the United Distillers World-wide sales development team Eddie also worked on projects in North America and Japan, as well as being a part of the UDV merger integration and best practices teams in UK and North America.

Eddie has considerable world wide experience in building and restructuring sales organisations, management recruitment, retention and development plus design and development of sales planning processes.
